How much does delivery cost?
We offer free standard delivery on all of our orders.
Who will delivery my order?
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class, DPD, and UPS for our standard delivery orders, but shipping carriers vary depending on the brand you purchase from.
When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery orders will arrive in 2 - 5 working days from dispatch.
During Bank Holidays, some of our suppliers are closed and this will mean orders are delayed until the following working day for dispatch.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What if my order is damaged?
Do not accept any goods damaged in transport - notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost. Unfortunately if you accept them then we cannot be liable for any additional costs.
You are required to notify us of any damage to the product within three days of the receipt of the product. Claims that are reported after this point will not be accepted. Please include as much information as possible, including any relevant images of the fault.
